Privacy Policy

This is the short, honest version: Dwil Fitness collects only what's needed to coach you, never sells your data, and you can request its deletion any time. The longer version is below.

Who runs this site

This site is operated by Dain Wilson, doing business as Dwil Fitness, based in Miami, Florida. Questions about this policy go to hello@dwilfitness.com.

What data is collected

• Name and email — when you download the free Look / Feel / Move Audit, book a call, or email me directly.
• Booking information — when you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, time zone, and any notes you choose to add (for example, the gym address you'd like to meet at, or context about your goals).
• Form submissions — when you fill out the coaching waitlist or contact form, your name, email, and any message you write are sent through Formspree to my inbox.
• Fitness and health-adjacent information — if you choose to share details about your training history, injuries, goals, or current condition (via form, email, or call), I store that information to provide coaching services to you.
• Basic site analytics — Vercel (the host of this site) collects standard web analytics including page views, referrers, and approximate location. No personally identifying information is tied to these analytics.

How that data is used

• To deliver the free audit and any guides you request.
• To schedule, prepare for, and follow up on calls or training sessions you book.
• To send you coaching-related communications you've opted into (welcome emails, program updates, training tips). You can unsubscribe from any of these at any time.
• To provide actual coaching services if you become a client — programming, check-ins, and form review.
• To improve the site (for example, identifying which pages people find useful).

Who has access to your data

Your data stays with me except for the third-party services I use to operate the business. Those are:

• Calendly — booking software for calls and assessments. Their privacy policy: calendly.com/privacy.
• Formspree — handles contact and waitlist form submissions and forwards them to my inbox. Their privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
• Cloudflare — handles email routing and domain services for the hello@dwilfitness.com address. Their privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Vercel — hosts the site itself. Their privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.

A note on health-related information

This site is not a medical service and Dain Wilson is not your physician. Any fitness or health-adjacent information you share is used to provide coaching, not medical care. If you have a medical condition, see a licensed healthcare provider. Anything shared here is not protected by HIPAA the way it would be in a clinical setting — though it is still treated with appropriate care and not shared outside the services listed above.

How long your data is kept

Email subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe or request removal. Client coaching records are kept for the duration of the coaching relationship plus a reasonable period afterward (typically 2 years) for continuity if you return. Form submissions are stored in my inbox for as long as I need them to respond and follow up. If you ask me to delete your data, I will, within 30 days.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Request a copy of any personal data I hold about you.
• Ask for corrections to that data.
• Request that your data be deleted.
• Unsubscribe from any email I send.

To exercise any of these, email hello@dwilfitness.com. No forms, no hoops.

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies. Calendly and Vercel may set cookies for booking functionality and basic analytics. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at anyone under 18. If you're a minor, please do not submit personal information through this site. If a parent or guardian believes their child has submitted information, please contact me and I'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, I'll update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
